Specialist care, wherever you are
Telehealth lets you see an NSG specialist by video or phone without travelling to the clinic. It works well for follow-up appointments, reviewing test results, medication reviews and initial consultations where a physical examination isn’t needed straight away.
How it works
- Get a referralYour GP sends a referral to NSG, just as for an in-person visit.
- Book a telehealth slotCall reception and ask for a telehealth appointment.
- Join your consultWe’ll call or send a link at your appointment time.
What you’ll need
- A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone
- A quiet, private space and a reliable internet connection
- Your Medicare card and any recent test results or letters
- A list of your current medications
Your specialist will let you know if an in-person appointment is needed — for example, for an examination or a procedure.
